With Michael Stewart
Equanimity has many different meanings, depending on the context of use. One meaning that serves our purpose is evenness of mind especially under stress. In yoga it can mean stability, equilibrium, steadiness in regards to asana, energy, or mental states.
The world we live in asks a lot of us, and sometimes we can feel out of balance. So how can we prepare ourselves to encounter our daily schedules, with poise and equanimity.
In this special offering Michael j.
